Every week we take about 9 people with us on the streets. The reason for this number is that we like to keep it personal and less invasive to our friends as possible. Our friends are not about having them on display and if we have too many people it may come across that way to them. We spend a great deal of time talking and getting to know them one and one and praying for them. To be able to do that requires a lot of trust and that trust takes awhile to earn. So having about 9 people seems to be the right number for us given the amount of people we see each week. We do however want to allow everyone who wants to come on a Friday night to serve. We currently have a schedule going for each month and if you would like to sign up to serve on a Friday let us know and we will work you in the schedule and put you on a rotation schedule. If you have scheduled a Friday and cannot make it please let us know as soon as possible so we can give that slot to another person.
